Neutral colors make it much easier for buyers to visualize what they would do with rooms.

Fresh plants, positioned strategically, have impact. This doesn't mean you need a green thumb to stage your home. You only need to put out some fresh greenery, and a fresh fruit bowl in the kitchen, to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
