This are some of the necessary factors to be considered as they are of great use in the day to day life, it is not wise to think about having a property without this amenities. It should have at least two of them.

There are flood zone areas too, and you should not focus on building in these areas. Get to know whether the area is prone to flooding and get to find another suitable area. Also, it can be very expensive when it come to ensuring it . He property can either be under water or located proximity to bodies of water that are likely to flood.

When you are planning to build on a piece of plot, you should be in good terms with the government of the place. Make sure that your area does not have any moratorium issues before you build on it.
